Just another occasion to enjoyed some good food.

Mardi Gras is well celebrated in Louisiana, and we hope we can bring some of that fun in our part of the country,

With the winter being so long any opportunities to have some fun is welcome.

Cajun or Creole food is very tasty, the French, African, Spanish,Native Indian influences make very interesting.

Inauguration

What a busy week !
Long hours, tons of food, cold weather but definitely worth it.
We were in Washington for the inauguration helping out one of best caterer of Washington.
We helped with the Inauguration eve Bipartisan Dinner preparing food for President Obama,
John McCain, Colin Powell and more ( over 650people)
We feel so proud, so lucky, to be part of this historical moment.
We came back with the head full of new ideas, and lot of new friends.
We have offered a replica of this menu at the Inn ,the next Week End and it was big success.
I think we will keep the Salad ( a grilled Shrimps Salad with Curried Pineapple ) on the menu
this summer.
